Evaluation Mission:
The SIRC Office of Evaluation and Partner Contracts performs evaluations in collaboration with local, community, state and national agency partners. The goal is to assist agencies/programs in assessing the effectiveness of their goals, strategies and outcomes. The applied research and evaluation projects are focused in the fields of effective research-based strategies related to health and health disparities, substance abuse prevention, and educational programs.
Evaluation Aim:
To provide needed services from limited consultations to longer-term evaluation design and implementation in the following areas:
• Proposal development and/or writing
• Needs assessments and problem identification
• Planning for goals, strategies and outcomes
• Design and execution of an evaluation plan
• Design of measurement instruments
• Report writing on primary or secondary data.
