Consumer Perspective on Culturally Competent Care

Hear from a diverse panel of openly 'out' clients who will share their experiences in accessing culturally competent medical and behavioral health care. This webinar will focus on storytelling as a way to highlight crucial practices in building rapport and understanding the needs of LGBT clients. The panel discussion will be facilitated by Phoenix Shanti's Mandee Rowley.
