Please join us as Dr. Nancy Rodriguez, Ph.D., shares with us the unique health issues experienced by children with incarcerated parents. Dr. Rodriguez is Associate Dean for Student Engagement in the College of Public Programs and Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University. Her research examines the collateral consequences of incarceration and the intersection of race, ethnicity, crime, and justice. She is currently conducting a longitudinal study of families affected by maternal and paternal incarceration and an assessment of minority youth over-representation in the Arizona juvenile justice system.
