Please join us as Dr. Nancy Rodriguez, Ph.D., shares
with us the unique health issues experienced by children with incarcerated
parents. Dr. Rodriguez is Associate Dean for Student Engagement in the College
of Public Programs and Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal
Justice at Arizona State University. Her research examines the collateral
consequences of incarceration and the intersection of race, ethnicity, crime,
and justice. She is currently conducting a longitudinal study of families
affected by maternal and paternal incarceration and an assessment of minority
youth over-representation in the Arizona juvenile justice system.

SIRC is located in the ASU University Center on the north east corner of Polk and Central. Parking in the area is limited; however we are located across the street from Central Station on Van Buren and Central. Consider taking the light rail or other forms of public transportation.

ASU Visitor's Parking Lot is located on the south side of Fillmore between 1st Street and Central $3.00 per hour with $12.00 maximum
Public Parking is located on the north side of Fillmore between 1st Street and Central Ave. $6.00 all day parking - requires CASH - no attendant on premises
