Research, Education and Training Aims:

• Recruit and train minority students for health disparities research training
• Utilize SIRC senior faculty as Mentors for Trainees
• Provide health disparities education and training that promotes cultural competence for effective health research and service delivery for populations of the Southwest
• Disseminate research findings within underserved communities
