Research, Education and Training Aims:
- Recruit and train minority students for health disparities research training
- Utilize SIRC senior faculty as Mentors for Trainees
- Provide health disparities education and training that promotes cultural competence for effective health research and service delivery for populations of the Southwest
- Disseminate research findings within undeserved communities
