One of the goals of the SIRC Community Engagement/Outreach Core (CEOC) was to conduct a Needs Assessment Survey for pretest and post-test measures of self-reported changes in community participant knowledge, attitudes, and feelings that are typically prior to behavior changes. The Needs Assessment Survey was conducted through kiosks at community health centers. The sample consisted of racial and ethnic minorities visiting the community health centers.
